My car hadn’t been washed in a long while and was a tough job. Billy and his assistant tackled it with vigor and did a great job inside and out. I highly recommend and will certainly use again.
Billy gets the job done and he did a great job with my car with a lot of pet hair in the fabric seats. I highly recommend him. Easy and convenient.
We are so happy we discovered Billy! He was incredibly quick to respond, communicative and punctual (even showed up early). It is clear that he takes pride in what he does and we will 100% be using him regularly. My car looks amazing!
They must have used dirty towels or did not change them out as frequently as they should have because they left DEEP scratches in my brand new car that do not look like they will buff out. On top of that communication was poor. Update: In reply to Billy. Yes he did do my car. Here are the text receipts.
Overall my experience working with Billy, the owner of Hampton Auto Detailing, was exceptional! He was super responsive and communicative, respectful and polite and also very intuitive! He worked very efficiently as well! If you want a nice and fast clean for your interior and exterior I highly recommend Billy! I learned some things about the top coat on my own car that I will put in my pocket for the future. Billy got the hardest part of my car cleaned and did it in an incredibly short amount of time! I have a German shepherd and a husky and their fur was everywhere after a few long roadtrips. And when I say everywhere, I mean EVERYWHERE. I was really looking forward to this detailing job, and I can confidently say that I am pleased with the service. There were a few details that were missed that I'll have to do myself, which is a little disappointing, but for the price I strongly believe it was a job well done. My rear view mirror and moon roof, headlights, corners of the windshield and around my rear license plate looked like they were missed entirely, or just not given as much attention as the rest of the car, but I seriously can't complain because he got nearly all the fur, except for on the ceiling, out. Major props to Billy for that. I would absolutely go back to Billy again in the future. Hopefully next time with less fur!
