Chicken waffles are fire. They’re like spicy chicken and waffles but the chicken is good. The waffles are good, which is rare to have both be great at a restaurant. I was driving through Columbus on a road trip, and this is one of the stops that I had to make. Consistently a 10 out of 10.
HangOverEasy is hands-down one of my favorite spots in Columbus. The food is absolutely phenomenal—fresh, flavorful, and consistently amazing every single time. It’s also the cutest diner in the city, with a fun, welcoming vibe that never misses. The service staff is fantastic: friendly, attentive, and always on point. What really sets this place apart, though, is the consistency. No matter what time you go—busy mornings, late brunch, or midday—you can count on the kitchen to deliver the same high-quality food every time. If you’re looking for great food, great service, and a place that truly does it right, HangOverEasy never disappoints. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
HangOverEasy never disappoints. We absolutely love this place. I had the chicken and waffles with hot honey and it was outstanding. Perfectly cooked, flavorful, and just the right balance of sweet and savory. My wife loved her chorizo breakfast burrito. It was hearty, well-seasoned, and very satisfying. We also shared a mimosa sampler, which was a lot of fun and a great way to try a variety of flavors. The service is always impressively fast and incredibly friendly, even when they’re busy. Prices are very reasonable, portions are just right, and the overall experience is consistently excellent. This is easily one of our favorite breakfast spots, and we’ll keep coming back.
I don’t post very often, but I just felt that I needed to go out of the way because everyone was just so nice. I went in by myself with my two-year-old and always get a little nervous, but the service was fantastic and everyone was so sweet!! I had a hard time picking from the menu and the server was very nice. I’m gonna have to go back and try everything else!
This place was absolutely amazing for my first time going. It was extremely busy but we ended up just sitting at the bar and I'm so glad we did. Our server/bartender was absolutely amazing. I didn't catch his name to give him credit but to the hilarious guy who gave me a blue monkey before I left, you rock! The food was delicious, service time to receive the food wasn't long at all for as busy as this place was, and all the service people were extremely kind and friendly. I can't wait to go back again!
