Absolutely love this wonderful pet salon! From the moment we walked through the door, I immediately felt at ease knowing my sweet girl was in caring hands. The salon’s open design, with its giant glass window, lets you see the groomers in action, which really put my mind at rest. Zed was especially impressive—gentle, attentive, and truly knowledgeable. He listened closely to all my concerns and made sure my fur baby was comfortable every step of the way. The level of kindness and professionalism here is second to none. I left with a happy, beautifully-groomed baby, and there’s nowhere else I’d ever take my little angel.

We already had our little dog sedated when our regular groomer canceled on us for an 8:00 appointment. I called Happy and Lucky pet salon and they took us right in. Reynaldo did a fantastic job and said we probably wouldn’t have to sedate her next time.we will be going to them now for all her grooming.

They did a great job!! I'm a new cat mommy. I adopted a 4 year old from the shelter that is very skittish. Misti groomed him and she was the best!! She was able to keep him calm enough to give him a bath, clean his ears, trim his fur, and clip his nails. You are the best! Thank you for the excellent service and professionalism!

Norman looks AMAZING!!!!!! He had some matting on his belly and I didn’t realize how much help he needed in the fur department until I picked him up! He’s GLORIOUS!! He’s 13 and doesn’t look a day over 12. I’m so happy with how he looks and I know he feels better and got a big confidence boost!! If he went outside, the senior cat community would be in trouble with how handsome he looks. They did such a good job with him and most importantly he came home and went back to his normal self, which means he was treated with kindness and care! No fear or anxiety or stress. He even went to work at the biscuit factory right when he got home!! (I included one before photo in the review to see the difference)

Natalie was amazing and so gentle And nice caring with my babies. The dogs were in need of a good cleaning and deshedding and nail trim (beyond what I was able to upkeep on a normal basis). I’ve had some horrible cuts on my golden retriever, this has been one of the best cuts and she even helped get rid of her dandruff for her dry and sensitive skin! The chihuahua has nails that grow so fast and the dewclaws almost grow back into his pads and she made sure they were clipped down and taken care of with the nail trimming. Both puppies came out of the van happy and didn’t seem scared or panicked like I’ve had before from other grooming companies, which made me feel so much more comfortable and happy with the service to know they were treated well and taken care of while being groomed! Thank you so much for taking care of my babies and I’ll definitely be booking again on a regular schedule.
