I can’t say enough great things about the Happy Head massage. Eden was a skilled professional. Visiting from a city that has lots of resorts and spas - I can tell you this place absolutely far exceeds all of them. Can’t wait for my next trip to San Diego - just for the massage!!
Happy Head Massage is amazing! Rubi greeted us warmly and made us feel right at home. I had the Swedish deep tissue massage with Sam — it was intense in the best way and worked out all my tension and knots. I left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. Definitely a well-needed and memorable experience!
This was the most unexpected highlight of our trip to San Diego! We were in town to celebrate our 11th wedding anniversary and I recently had ACL reconstruction surgery so I hadn’t initially planned a spa treatment. After a few busy days exploring SD, my leg was so stiff and swollen and my husbands back was sore after hauling our luggage and toddler. We booked a last minute couples massage. Eden is the best masseuse I’ve ever had and I get regular massages back home. He could sense the parts on my body and the type of massage they needed without me explaining. Since it was a silent massage, it was super relaxing and peaceful. I left feeling years younger and more energized. I wish I could bring Eden home with me!

The ambiance was peaceful, clean, and beautifully relaxing — exactly what I needed. My massage therapist was phenomenal — deeply intuitive, attentive to my needs, and masterfully skilled. They worked out all the tension in my shoulders, back, and neck with just the right amount of pressure. I left feeling lighter, more aligned, and completely rejuvenated. This wasn’t just a massage… it was true body-mind-spirit therapy. I’ve had a lot of massages in my life, and Happy Head definitely ranks at the top. I’ll 100% be coming back and recommending this place to everyone I know. Treat yourself — you won’t regret it! ✨Highly recommended. 10/10.✨
Melissa at the front desk was so professional, attentive, and accommodating. She made sure to understand what I needed (which was a bit picky on my part due to a sunburn). She even let me switch when I realized another option was better. And was super helpful. Jeff! His massage is awesome!!! I super recommend him!! The part where he massaged my sore feet and legs from lots of conference walking was seriously one of the very best feet massages of my life. He also made sure to spend special attention to my super sore lower back. Also the environment was calm and peaceful. Love this place and will be back!
