Our dog has now been going to Happy Tails for two weeks. The open drop-off policy (no reservation required) and expansive weekday hours are amazing for our dual-military schedules. Our pickup and drop off times vary greatly with no issue. In addition, our dog’s behavior has significantly improved. Before, we were leaving her home alone during the day with a doggy door to go in and out. She was clearly bored. She attempted to escape the yard often and was overly energetic in the evenings when we wanted to wind down. Now we get to see cute pictures of her playing all day, and when she comes home in the evening she is tired out and ready for couch cuddles. She clearly loves being there— she jumps out of the car to go in the morning and is reluctant to leave in the afternoon. Finally, the price is right; the packs are very affordable. We shopped around on other options and this is the best price point in the area for what they provide.

Jana, Michelle and staff are the BEST! I have been taking my dogs to daycare and boarding there for over 11 years. My dogs love it there and have not had one bad experience. The staff is attentive and love in your fur baby like they are their own. The activities, pool and pictures they provide are a huge bonus. I love Happy Tails so much that even though I work from home, I travel an hour round trip from Virginia Beach just to go to Happy Tails!!

We love happy tails and so does our happy puppy boy, Monty. He has gone here since he was a year old. His ears perk up as soon as we say “we’re going to happy tails”. The staff is very friendly. I love seeing photos when my dog is there and in the summer time they open up the pool. We take him there for daycare and boarding! Clean facilities and pup comes home tired.

We love Happy Tails! The staff is so welcoming and adores all the pups! Moose can’t contain himself when it’s his daycare days! It is wonderful knowing that he is taken care of while I am at work and he is having FUN! Highly recommend!

We LOVE Happy Tails! The staff is absolutely amazing! Doug loves going there, and we get a kick out of the daily pictures they post. If you want your dog to have the time of their life while you’re away, with a team that truly cares, this is the place! Highly recommend!
