My wife and I each got a tattoo on vacation in Orlando. We planned in advance by sending images. We had a very long wait time for our scheduled appointment. My tattoo was detailed and my wife’s was very simple. Both tattoos were completed well below estimated times. When my tattoo was complete, I had about 20 seconds to check it out before it was wrapped and told not to unwrap for at least 2 days. In two days I was home in another state. I realized the guy had missed coloring in a section of my tattoo. It took over a week to get the shop to refund a “very small” portion of the cost of my tattoo which I asked for to cover the cost of getting it fixed in my home town. My wife and I felt the tattoo shop was overpriced to begin with but we were splurging on vacation for our anniversary. Overall the experience for us was not great. Wait time was long, we felt both our artist were uncommunicative and the atmosphere for us came off as very brisk. We were hoping for an experience given the cost and ended up disappointed and with an incomplete tattoo. Wouldn’t return.
I just went back over the weekend had another awesome experience. We added the Hogwarts castle and Toothless with Huey, Dewey and Louie this time. The same artist (Scott) has done all of the work shown in the photos, and exceeds my expectations every time! Everyone in the shop is very nice and I'll be headed back in 2026!
Walked in yesterday and was seen right away! Got a simple tattoo not on the books but was in and out in 90 minutes. My artist was Charlie, also i brought that tip back for you bro!
I don’t know how to thank Stephanie James enough for the outstanding job she did on my very first tattoo. The details and fine lines are extraordinary and I will recommend her to everyone. Also, H&H has a really cool shop and well worth the trip.
I have been the H&H twice, both time I have had work done by Chris. Out of all the Tattoos I have the ones he has done are byfar my favorite tattoo’s the colors in them is amazing and truly bring out the vision I gave him and we was able to put it into a piece or artwork better then I can describe. Their shop is so clean! You can definitely tell they care about the service they are providing you. All the staff members I have worked with have been amazing and very helpful from getting the appointment booked to getting checked in to the tattoo it self to aftercare instructions. It’s already in the future plans to go back on one of our next vacations.
