I wish I had a better review for a local business but unfortunately the service was the worst experience I've ever encountered. My husband and I went in for a simple resizing on a custom designed ring. The service was pricey but we had it done anyway. We experienced the most shockingly unprofessional and insulting service from Jeff himself during the pickup. Not only did he refuse to resize the ring to our requested size but he made rude comments throughout and he proceeded to insult the quality of my engagement ring as well as the jeweler whom designed it for us and whom we know personally. He even went as far as to claim that my diamond was not real (which I've had appraised more than once). We stood shocked at his hurtful words about a piece so special to us. Very unprofessional to insult your customers and other jewelers. Jeff was completely insulting and rude to paying customers and we will not be returning.
I was in and out in less than 10 minutes for a battery replacement and size adjustment on my watch. Quality work.
Amazing. Great quality craftsmanship. Had dropped off my grandfather's ring along with my favorite ring to have the diamonds and gold from one added to the other. Cant be happier with the end result. My favorite ring not only is beefier and just all around more finished looking in my eyes, its not even noticeable that it isn't just how the ring was originally made. And the 24k ring I left gorgeous resizing came back blindingly shiny. Again, Amazing.
We live in NY but Jeff came highly recommended from my fiancé’s family who lives in the area. Upon first meeting of Jeff he treated both my fiancé and I as if we were long time friends and was very pleasant through all of our dealings. Jeff’s knowledge and professionalism kept us both at ease and the ring came out absolutely stunning. Would 100% recommend his business and looking forward to working with him in the future!
Schneller Service, freundliches Personal. Ich musste die Batterie meiner Uhr wechseln lassen, ging daneben auf einen Kaffee – und sie waren fertig, als ich zurückkam. Sie hatten sogar Uhrzeit und Datum korrekt eingestellt. Es war insgesamt $16.50, definitiv sein Geld wert.
