Hats Off Heating and Cooling did an excellent job installing our heat pump water heater. The technicians were professional, and knowledgeable. They did not rush, and ensured the job was done properly and that there were no problems or questions before they left. A heat pump water heater is not cheap, but I felt I got the best value for the money from Hats Off.
Excellent response, diagnose, and replacement of our old units. Would definitely recommend for your home. The guys were professional & hard chargers knocking this out in a day.
Jay and Tim did a great job. They were here for about 4 days repairing my system that another company (Norfolk Air) had installed which I will never use again. Hats off was respectful and professional. I highly recommend them they even work on holidays. Which they responded on July 4th and fixed my AC with no holiday charge. Hats off heating and cooling was one of the best services that I have ever purchased for my home. I had been having many AC troubles throughout the past year and it seemed that every solution that I tried did not work. I had even hired other employers in an attempt to fix the issue to no avail, sinking large amounts of money in the process for no results. I thought all hope was lost, that was until I gave Hats Off a call. They were swift and reasonable with their service, always prioritizing honesty and quality service over money. After evaluating my Air Conditioning unit and the issue I was facing, they recommended that I get a new system; this was because if they attempted to repair the system as it is, it would be a failure. This is something that other companies either did not do or quoted me a much higher price on. They came in and out quickly and did it with a smile. They were very friendly and upfront; they put in the new system with absolutely fantastic workmanship. I cannot thank them enough for their services. "Hats Off" really blew my socks off too.
These guys are the BEST! Prompt service, job done right, clean, neat, on time, they work with you - just a great company to work with. Bo and his crew did a wonderful job removing the old Geothermal System (garage and attic), installed the new one, new ground water pump, new vents in the room over our garage (which is now a climate controlled hobby room), put in a new thermostat - the works. Was afraid our 28 year old system would go out any day, and it was getting really cold out. Glad we chose Hats Off - we have been warm all winter, and looking forward to being cool all summer... and with lower heating & cooling costs too!
