Dr. Weiss was very thorough in examining our little dog,Lexi. We felt very comfortable with all aspects of our first visit to Healing Hands. The staff made sure we understood the meds we received and how and when to administer them.

I take my puppy and older Chihuahua here. My puppy likes the vet and I like the location I can walk both my puppy and dog here. It's just off from a main street (Pennsylvania Ave). The staff are wonderful and you know your pet is going to be taken care of. They are very caring, professional and are just out of this world good people. I highly recommend you taking your pet to Healing Hands Veterinary Wellness you will be happy with them and the care your pet will get. I wish I could find the words to totally describe the care your pet will get here but hopefully these words that I used will help you make the right choice.

Dr. Weiss is exceptional! She truly is , the real deal. She is one of those vets whose first priority is your baby's health and well being. I trust her and her staff to do their very best to take care of my babies. I would expect to pay a top price for the care and expertise the clinic offers but they are in fact, the most reasonably priced clinic that I have been to.

Originally, I was going to just move on, find another vet, and not leave a review. But that has changed. I’ve been taking all three of my cats to this clinic for about 4 years now. A few weeks ago, my cat’s back area seemed to be bothering her. I recorded a video of her reaction when she was touched, sent the video to the clinic, explained how she was acting, and asked if they think it’s a serious concern. After all, the vet is NOT cheap. Their response to me was that they can’t tell anything from the video and that I would need to bring her in. Then, they proceeded to tell me I owe them over $100 from December 2024, which was very interesting, considering it was the first time they have mentioned it. They made no effort to contact me to tell me about this bill. This is when I decided to switch vets. The customer service and lack of empathy I received was frustrating. Fast forward to today. I am trying to schedule an appointment for the same cat at a different vet clinic. I let them know that Healing Hands would have her records because they have, IN FACT, seen her before. What was their response to the new clinic? That they have no record of her. Pathetic. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I am beyond frustrated by how they treat people. Not to mention, my other cat, Floyd, is always so terrified and anxious when he comes here. The other one, he walks in and lets everyone pet him and doesn’t fight. Weird how that happens. Anyway, I hope you treat your customers and their pets better in the future.

Dr Weiss is unexpectedly delightful. It's so refreshing to have found a vet that understands our senior dog so well. She has extended his life and the quality of it multiple times. From helping him get his ability to walk back, to correctly diagnosing an ER vets mistake and getting his eye health back on track. To us, she is everything...because our pets are as important to her almost as they are to us. She saved us from multiple expensive surgeries that other vets wanted to jump straight into. She's like a superhero in our world. I trust her completely. I love that her holistic options handle our boys needs. One vet wanted 9k to possibly, no guarantees, fix his back. Chiropractic adjustments, laser therapy, essential oil massages.....and now he's walking/running again without expensive dangerous surgery. I cant say enough good about her and her entire team.
