We are very happy. They were prompt and organized. Courteous and caring. All of our possessions were handled with care and attention. We would recommend them to everyone. Do not pay more for name brand companies!!

I could write a novel about the awesomeness of this organization but suffice to say, they are one of the best organizations that I have worked with recently. We originally attempted to hire a moving broker that turned out to be a scam. Lee and his team got us in and worked with us on our moving timeline. We were building a new home 1400 miles away and ended up having to push back the move timeframe 3 times for a total of 6 weeks. Lee and his team did so without any hesitation. He provided his direct number and was very responsive about the whole thing. The crew that moved us was respectful, polite, and very professional. They handled our belongings with care and kept us posted at every step. We did have a piece of furniture break (my sons footboard). We only elected the base insurance but despite that, Lee discounted the cost of the move enough to cover a replacement without even asking. If I ever had to do another long distance move, Lee and team would be the first call I would make. The care and integrity shown was unmatched and not something you see much these days. THANK YOU Heartland Moving for being the light in this whole cross country move process.

The movers were extremely careful with our items, and were easy to work with. On moving day, the crew of six arrived right on time, expertly padding and protecting our walls, doorways, and floors before loading two trucks in just a few hours. When our closing date shifted, Heartland was flexible—storing our items overnight until we had access to our new home. Delivery was just as smooth: careful handling, rapid unloading, and genuine friendliness from every team member. Their camaraderie was evident, and they treated our possessions as if they were their own. I highly recommend Heartland Moving for anyone seeking a professional, efficient, and caring moving experience.
