The team at Heartwood Tree Care provided a great experience, from setting up the free estimate , working within my schedule and executing the work to provide healthy safe trees in our yard. The process was simple and painless and the work done by the field crew was expertly completed with great care and the site was very clean when they finished. Great experience start to finish. We needed a medium tree removed and its stump grinded as well as a large ficus trimmed. The person I spoke to on the phone was so kind. Randy, who came out to do the estimate answered my many questions thoroughly and respectfully. Will and his crew who did the work were professional and quick. They cleaned up really well after and again, answered my questions. The prices might be more than other places but you are paying for high quality work and high quality customer service start to finish. Worth it!
Heartwood was recommended to me by another company whose opinion I trusted. I got a quote I found to be acceptable and made an appointment to have the work done. Because the property where the work was done is not my primary residence, I did not see the tree until several weeks later. I reached out and was told the same crew would go back to fix it. No way! The same crew who butchered my tree? I gave two stars because my other tree came out ok.
Heartwood is an incredible company to work with. From the initial discussion of the work to be done, to the completion of that work, they are extremely caring and competent. My trees retain their shape between prunings since Heartwood has done them for several years now. Heartwood does not stub your trees or over prune. They understand how to integrate the tree shaping with the home architecture. I really cannot recommend them highly enough!
I can’t say enough positive things about Heartwood Tree Care. From the beginning with Randy coming to see the work I wanted done to the end when the guys totally cleaned up after giving my mesquite tree a much needed pruning. Randy came out, listened to me about what I wanted done and offered suggestions. He made detailed notes and read them back to me. The morning that the guys came to do the work, Howard started by going over Randy’s clear and concise notes with me. He asked me if I had questions. The job turned out better than I expected! Plus, everything was cleaned up afterward. I’ve been recommending Heartwood to others for years. I’ll continue to do so and they’ll be coming to my house yearly.
