Called Heath's Air when the AC when out in my restaurant. Someone came within the hour. They quickly diagnosed a bad capacitor, placed a new one they had in stock, and had my AC running again is less than 30 mins. on the roof. This is called field knowledge, experience and trustworthiness. In contrast, when you deal with the opposite like CASM, they charge you 3.75 hours, two trips and someone that doesn't know what they are doing to change a capacitor on a 3 door freezer. My freezer still doesn't work and they tell me is the digital controller now and its obsolete. Worst even is the people behind the phone. Heath is beyond solid and honest. His work is always above and beyond. I don't know why he isn't the biggest air company out here. Spread the word!
Nothing short of Awesome. I interviewed and received four different HVAC contractors to install a dual mini-split system in our garage, and Scott with Heath's Air was above and beyond helpful and knowledgeable. Our installer, Jerry, was absolutely amazing. The attention to detail, and going the extra mile to insure the installation looked as custom as possible was unmatched. Scott D came out to give an estimate for a new system. He was extremely helpful and polite. The estimate was below what I was expecting and he took the time to talk with me an explain the process and even how the different components of the hvac system work and the best practices for maintaining the system. Will definitely call again if I need emergency service and recommend them to all my neighbors. Can not relay enough how happy I was with the service received. Great job guys!
These guys were a lifesaver for me! I had paid a deposit to another company who failed to show up. I was referred to Heath's Air by a friend and they were so friendly, helpful and great communication! I work out of my garage and had just moved into a new home and it was JULY triple digit heat. Heath's air communicated with me, showed up on time and the workers were AMAZING! They were friendly, helpful, neat & tidy and did an excellent job installing my mini-split. After it was installed, they cleaned up any debris and explained the unit and how to work it. I HIGHLY recommend Heath's air! What a great bunch of guys!
