The service was amazing. Wyn (I probably butchered the spelling) was so friendly and made sure everything was to my liking throughout the service. It was quick and the results were excellent. Guaranteed long time customer.
Jacki did my nails and I got the acrylic dip. They are extremely bumpy and uneven... UPDATE!!!! I called and they got me an appointment for the next day to fix them, and now my nails look absolutely amazing! They truly do care about their customers and want to make things right. They have earned new loyal customers!!
Love this place! They are so sweet and always take such good care of me. I have been to many nail salons and this place is beyond my favorite! My son even thinks they’re the best and deserve six stars. I will keep going to them, thank you girls for taking care of me❤️
I went to Heaven Nails with 2 of my friends a couple weeks ago and both of their nails looked great, except for mine. They looked amazing head on, but the paint was chunky and looked sloppy on the sides. Not to mention, I had to speak up multiple times for them to fix the shape of them as they were uneven. I do not remember names, but I had one woman to start with and she didn’t seem to know what she was doing (I requested dip) and looked like she was practicing on me, which is fine; however, she filed my natural nails down way too short and was very rough while doing so. Another lady had to step in and take over and the rest of the time it took her get done, seemed rushed. The whole time I had these nails on, it felt like they were going to fall off at any moment, and take my natural nail with them. I took them off today as they were too painful to keep on and the looks of them were horrible. I soaked them off with acetone and it stung because there are holes in my nails where she filed them down too much. Very, very, painful experience overall. Would not choose to go here again.
It may have just been the tech I received but the video is after she rushed through doing my nails. The pictures are after she "fixed" the mistakes I pointed out to her. There is paint all over my skin and paint missing from spots on half my nails. My friend and I went in for pedicures together and my friend got started before me and finished after me when we paid for the same service. I'm just really not pleased with my experience. She also tried to rush me out to put my shoes on before I felt like my nails were completely dry. I refused as I was still waiting for my friend to finish her manicure and told her I felt like they were still soft and would smudge if I put my shoes on. She touched my big toes and said they were fine. I still refused and said I'd let them continue drying while my friend finished up. I only got a pedicure.
