just want to give a big shout-out to the young people over at Hello Car Wash in Garland. They truly have one of the best groups of young workers I’ve ever seen. Every time I come through, they’re respectful, hardworking, and genuinely take pride in what they do. Crystal (spelled C-R-Y-S-T-A-L) especially stands out. She has an amazing attitude, great customer service skills, and makes you feel welcomed the moment you arrive. Her professionalism and positive energy really set the tone for the whole team. It’s refreshing to see young people working together like this, showing responsibility, teamwork, and excellence. Hello Car Wash should be very proud of the crew they have in Garland. Keep up the great work! 👏🚗✨

Everytime I come all the staff is on stand by and ready to help! The vacuums all work and my daughter always has a dance party in her car seat when we go thru the neon foam in the drive thru! LOL 😂 Had a nice morning chat with Crystal today. Real friendly and humble 😉

Crystal was awesome she made sure I had what I needed to get my car right and recommended an awesome scent for my car... Angie was great hooked me up as a member and now I have a month of washes at great price.. get at them the will get u right

my first time here was good. GREAT customer service. crystal came by to offer me some air fresheners (& gave me a few extra when asked 🤪). the wash itself was great. when i parked to vacuum, there were no towels in either towel station. so i parked in another section and again, no towels. i called & someone brought some to the stations. i had to ask where the sprays were. they were across the parking lot at a “stand”. you have to walk back and forth. i’m deducting a star because of these things.

Miley was great at her job drying my 6-inch lifted truck, and also the rims/tires without complaint. The care and dedication she showed was commendable to say the least. I appreciate all the workers outside in this Texas heat, and will keep coming back to this excellent car wash station.
