This was my first waxing / sugaring experience. I was very nervous and did not know what to expect. My aesthetician made me feel very comfortable. She was professional and courteous, and guided me through the process, To put me at ease. It turned out to be a wonderful experience.
I had Charlie’s ahead of me was amazing! I was late and had so many issues this morning and she was so nice to assist me! Great service and she eased the pain.
Taryn was amazing! I’ve had Brazilian wax done before, for years. This was the first time I didn’t have a moment of pain. Taryn was professional, pleasant, and does her job well. I will be making my four week appointment every visit!
I went with my sister but her person canceled on her last minute so that wasn't a great start, plus it was not clear where to park upon arriving to the location, and no way to reach outside of texting...a huge inconvenience and lack of professionalism. When I arrived, there was really no preparation, or conversation before beginning, the process was painful, and done without warning, but the sugar wax, itself, was good to look at and smooth afterwards. Burgundy did a good job, it would have been great if getting there and the other waxer did not cancel last minute, as well as a little more conversation to warn before pulling the wax off.
