My fiancé and I went to purchase our wedding rings and had the best experience. Klaryssa & Jessica made it so easy and joyful! They helped us find the perfect rings while staying in budget which definitely took the weight off our backs. We received knowledge, the upmost kindness and our forever rings! They are so perfect it brings tears to my eyes. I would truly recommend visiting them in the Aurora Mall! Thank you ladies 💜🙏🏼
I bought it a pair of heart huggie earrings and they were so light and comfortable I bought another pair. I get so many compliments when I wear them. I have them a 4 start instead of 5 stars because, I recently had a pair of earrings fixed from regular post to screw backs. I had them 9 days and one of them broke. I went back for them to repair them again. It took another 3 weeks to get it back. When I went to pick up the earring I noticed one of the diamonds was loose so they sent it out again to repair it. I was out of this flower earring for 9 weeks. The staff is very friendly and quick to fix the problem. I love Helzberg I send family and friends to them. I was disappointed in this incident, but I knew it was the jeweler who repaired the piece not them. I will go back. I wish they would have offered some kind of compensation for their mistake and my loss of time with my jewelry. Both pairs of earrings are pictured with my review. Again I love Helzberg and I would recommend them.
GO SEE AMANDA I came in the mall to buy shoes but this store caught my eye as me and my partner have been searching the market for engagement rings. And I came in, said hi, and little did I know I was going to spend 3 hours living it up in a jewelry store with some of the best, personable, retail people I’ve ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I will not only be coming back to buy more, I will be telling everyone I know to come to this store. I have to say its hard to close a sale with me because of my indecisiveness, as every other salesman in the mall failed to make a sale with me, but Amanda, she did everything you must do to close a sale. Amazing rapport builder, super knowledgeable, had us locked in from the very beginning. Held the rapport for a couple hours!!! its hard to keep me interested longer than a couple minutes so I really wanted to leave a review on how stellar the entire transaction was. But she took her time in showing me every detail of the rings close up on a screen, while giving us a thorough presentation about the company and its history and sourcing its diamonds. If you are looking for true high quality colorless VS1 diamonds, that won’t cost your retirement, consider none other than Helzberg. And men, they have unlimited customization options for rings, in-store you can create for yourselves that you don’t see in other jewelers. Check them out! I will post an update when our rings are correctly sized.
