This place is a scam! We took in our 55in Insignia TV, it’s a Fire TV at that, no scratches none of that, the backlight simply went out. We haven’t even had the TV five years and they instantly with barely even looking at it (only plugged it in & tried turning it on and off), told us it’ll be around $300 starting price to fix! Then told us “honestly this TVs not even worth it, your better off just buying a new one” then proceeded to try to sale us one of theirs, talking about “we have some upstairs starting at like $550” 😒 felt like I was at a car dealership. So instead, we decided to leave, took our TV to the flea market where this cute older couple repairs electronics. AND GUESS WHAT! They started off with saying “oh this is still a really good tv, we can fix it”, They diagnosed it for free! And guess how much we paid to repair it?? $95!!! Don’t let these people scam you! Take it to the new flea market on Pawnee!

Best one on one service I have experienced in years. I grew up hearing about Hephner's and why I never went there in 50 years I can't say. My mistake! They live up to their excellent reputation. Loved the helpful staff, products and the service! For once I feel like Someone has my back as they are a phone call away ready to help.

Talked with Sean about getting a new Tv and surround sound system. After getting everything I needed lined up I was told. “Since you’re out of state it has to be payed in cash” not sure why but it’s a strange policy (especially since It was no delivery or set up on their end). Super helpful and knowledgeable in their products and what I needed but the cash only policy put me off. Ended up not making the purchase because of this.

I had Hephner TV repair an old TV VCR combo television. I was told ahead of time that most vintage TVs cannot be repaired and that I had a low probability of taking it home. I was told that Jerry was the only person in Wichita that still works on vintage electronics. He was able to fix the TV and get it back to me within a few weeks. I was so impressed with the professionalism and honesty that this company has. There is no wonder they have been in business so long! I have recommended them to several of my friends already!
