Herand’s Kitchen is truly a gem. The food is fresh, flavorful, and made with real care. The service is consistently excellent, and the atmosphere feels warm and welcoming every time. The owner goes above and beyond with outstanding customer service — you can tell he genuinely cares about every guest. This is the kind of place you want to keep coming back to. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great food and even better hospitality.

We were really looking forward to trying this place, but unfortunately our experience was disappointing from the start. When we arrived, the parking lot was empty, so my husband stepped in to make sure they were open. As I stood by the door for just a few seconds to wave her in, the owner abruptly told me to close the door, without any greeting or sense of welcome. That initial interaction completely set the tone. First impressions matter, and the lack of basic courtesy made us decide not to stay. Service and hospitality make all the difference, and sadly, this fell short. We ended up heading to Abdallah’s on Katy Freeway instead, where they never disappoint.
