Not recommended. Nice workers in store but they make it very difficult to purchase for NonProfit Tax Exempt Organizations. Other businesses don’t do this. Just have the form on hand and done. Will not do business here—can’t do business here. Guitar Center and Amazon gave me no issues-just a one time set up. Happy New Year.
I recently shopped at the store for an item I needed. They didn’t have it in stock but said they had it in the Valley store and they could ship it to me fast. I paid and within a week I had my item!! This was a great experience. Faster than Amazon… which would have weeks even with Prime. Hermes ROCKS!!!
First time here. Remember when it was at the big building down the street. But the service here is better than the other store up the block. As soon as we walked in we got treated kindly like a friend not just another number. I love gr3at customer service and this is the place if u want to be treated the right way. And they have everything you need for music.
We're a gospel music group from Yale, Oklahoma that too a 5 day train trip to San Antonio. While there, one day went to visit this music store. Very nice bunch in this store. They didn't mind us looking around, didn't mind us picking some guitars, answered any questions we had. And didn't follow us around like so many stores do. When we started to leave he wanted a picture of us and while posing for the picture, he asked if we would sing a sing. Without a guitar to start is in the right key, it wasn't good, ha! We didn't know he recorded it then posted the video on Facebook. If he would have told us that, our two guitar players would ha grabbed a couple, we would of sounded a lot better. Great people there running that store. Folks needs to stop in there, visit with them. They have anything you need for music!! Thanks guys for letting us browse through your store! Back Porch Gospel
