Hidden Gems Tattoo & Piercings is exactly what the name says — a true gem! The shop is clean, professional, and welcoming, I recommend Ceci, she was amazing: super talented, patient, and made the whole experience comfortable. Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality work and great vibes!
Edited to respond to shop response: There was no “confusion” on my part. I seen the price with the “jewelry prices various”. I understand the additional pricing. However- it was a large difference. A $100 difference. Simply stating there’s a charge for everything I mentioned in my initial review would have been best. Tell customers what could be the maximum. State that your custom jewelry could cost x amount. State that your equipment could cost x amount. Ex: piercings are $50 plus up to an additional $100 for the jewelry and equipment fees. Initial review: We went in to get my 11 daughter’s 2nd ear lobe piercing. Mia was amazing and was very informative. She took the time to explain everything to my daughter, took her time on lining up my daughter’s piercings. My only issue is with pricing. On the booking site, I was quoted $50 with the price varying on jewelry. I didn’t expect the jewelry and fees to cost an additional $100 bringing our total up to $151. I feel like that should be stated on the website. “Piercing is x amounts, jewelry could cost up to x amount, posts are this amount, equipment is x amount.” When we got back to the room, I asked again about pricing- inquiring whether there was cheaper jewelry options. We ended up doing a cheaper jewelry, and will switch out later when it’s healed. In my opinion: pricing should have been communicated on the site. Overall, we’d still go back because the shop was clean, and we had a wonderful piercer. We did pay a little over $100 + tip- not including any after care kit.
Awesome shop! Very clean, beautiful decor and convenient location. Fast and easy booking for an appointment and lots of options and time slots. Staff is wonderful and very helpful. Everyone was so very nice! Ben was absolutely amazing! He was so incredibly kind, patient and wonderful for my young daughter’s ear piercing! He made her feel so safe and afterwards she said it really didn’t hurt! If you need a place for younger kiddos, this is the one! Very trusted and highly recommend!!!
Mia and Ben are both great! They did some of my piercings. Shay is working on a tattoo cover up for me and she's fantastic. The shop is clean and very comfortable. All the artists that I've talked to have been so polite and very helpful.
She was very nice and professional. She definitely got me ready to do way more with the rest of my tattoos. Her line work is very neat and her shading is superb. If I could give more stars I would. Thank you so much
