Rea recommended Hidden Gym to me when my wife and I were looking for a new gym. We checked it out and were able to get a little workout in on a day pass. Equipment was great and I heard they offer a bunch of different classes too. You can miss it if you’re not paying attention when you drive in the parking lot, though. It truly is a hidden gym 😂
I own ReimaginedTX, a non-alcoholic craft cocktail bar, and am new to the DFW area. Rea informed me about their vendor night and I was able to meet so many amazing people! I think it’s wonderful that they allow other businesses in the community to get some exposure. The gym is a great environment. The members, staff, and owners take pride in the place, and I will definitely be back!

I was here for a fitness event with Powerhouse Academy and was beyond impressed! The gym is spotless especially the women’s bathroom, which was the cleanest I’ve ever seen in a gym and even offered complimentary products (such a thoughtful touch!). From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted warmly and the whole atmosphere is so kind and welcoming. The equipment is super clean and looks newer than what you usually find in most gyms. If I lived in the area, this would absolutely be the gym I’d join!
Excellent equipment and CLEAN! I competed in the Show Of Strength powerlifting competition -- very organized and well-run. They have all the machines and racks you could want, plus a boxing ring and a turf. The whole staff was knowledgeable and helpful. This is a place that you HAVE to check out!
