I got a wonderful pedicure from Linda, she was careful and thorough and it was a very relaxing service especially the steamed towel on my feet! I actually appreciated that she didn’t make much conversation and respected that after a long day I just wanted to relax and read my book :) also GREAT prices for the services, I will definitely be back!
The staff were all really friendly and saved the day. I had been to another salon earlier that day (Dec 23) to treat myself to a Christmas set. Although I’m a nail lover, it’s not really something that fits in my budget, so I typically only do 1-2 sets a year these days. All that to say, I was very excited for this treat. Well, my first set from another salon was completely horrible. So terrible that I couldn’t stand to keep them on. High Def accommodated me last minute and they all rallied around me to make sure my new set was amazing! They took the time to start from scratch and really treated me well. Rupinder was a star, and I could tell she was really taking her time on the details. She cut down my natural nails properly, which were poorly done at the last salon, cleaned my cuticles…didn’t cut any corners. She was meticulous and thoughtful. I know it sounds silly, but it really did make the holidays extra special. Sure, I may have spent much more than budgeted, with two salon visits, but I left with a set I was happy with. The set I had originally hoped for, with my nails fully covered, laying flat on my nail, clean, and not crooked or with product left all over my skin. 🤣 Thank you!!
I got my nails done today and they were so beautiful! When I got home I realized i’d been too ambitious and gotten them too long so I called to see if they could fix them. they were so understanding, patient, and kind, they took the time out of their busy day to fix my mistake and helped me feel better! I would recommend this place to EVERYONE!! not only were my nails beautiful the first time, but also the second time! thank you so much!!
It was my first time in this salon, all the staff were very polite, nice, friendly and professional. I’m refilling and repairing my nails most of the time since I was not sure I can get the service I want anywhere! But, surprisingly, and amazingly, High Definition was the answer! I love my nails, they are clean and natural! I asked for a fall design with a picture and I can tell they designed my nails even better than the picture!
Went to get a gel manicure and it was my first time at getting it from High Definition. The staff were friendly which is why i’m giving 3 stars. I chose a pink polish and as you can see on the first picture that’s what the pink supposed to look like. But then the next day, my pink nails had some sort of yellow hue on it which was weird (second pic). The third picture was taken on the third day after and it turned completely yellow/nude in the middle. It also chipped on the fourth day after I got it done which had never happened to me before! Great staff but not sure about the quality of the product they used there.
