This gym is the absolute best! They create the workouts to target fat loss and muscle gain, as well as get your heart rate up for maximum calorie burn! The coaches are the best part. There are so many members that workout here and they know each and every one personally, which makes it feel like family.
In the past, I was always inconsistent with exercise and would often feel unmotivated to workout. I joined this gym about a year ago and I’m proud to say that I’ve stuck with it! Everyone is so welcoming and helpful. The coaches are all great and walk around to make sure participants have proper form and help them push themselves by offering heavier weights. The structure of the workouts is fun, the music is on point and sometimes I get distracted from working out to dance. It’s overall a great vibe! That’s what keeps me coming back again and again. I have gotten stronger and the challenges are great for accountability and seeing change physically and mentally! Join this gym for consistency and to feel like part of a family, while getting in shape!
I have been going to FBBC for a while now and it has helped my in soo many ways, I used to go to regular gym with the weights and all machines but it was not the same once I joined the FBBC Highland Park Family. All the coaches are great, all the members are friendly - I got to meet a lot of new people that became my friends , we all support each other and cheer each other on. We share our experiences with our food, exercise and give each other New ideas on recipes or advise. The Coaches are always there to help and give that extra push when needed , guide you if have difficulty with food intake. Always looking forward to what the new challenge will be - FBBC Highland Park and NOW with the new location FBBC Chinatown - CALL AND JOIN, you will not regret it !!!
I love the environment at FBBCHLP! Everyone there is very supportive towards one another throughout the workouts and challenges. I’ve learned so much about my nutrition, mental health and physical strength. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. You will definitely have a large support group not only from the coaches but from the community within this FBBC. I’ve been a member since 2018 and it’s been the best decision I’ve ever made towards my health and fitness. Don’t think about it just do it! Join today.
I have been going to this gym for over three years and I really enjoy it. The atmosphere is great, the coaches are awesome, and the sauna is great. Just kidding! No sauna:). Sauna is not needed cause a 30 minute workout is better. There are not many places where you are a customer and the business gets to know you, most importantly your first name. It’s a closed knit family.
