The Hilvers team did a phenomenal job! Katie was great to work with prior to our event- great response time, helpful, took all the guess work out planning food for me. The food was amazing, the selection was amazing, the presentation was perfect, the food was still hot at the end of the event - I could not have asked for anything better! The team was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. Top of the line service. All feedback about food has been excellent - and at the end of the day of an event, everyone remembers the food 🙂 Thank you for providing an excellent experience for our guests.

Hilvers catered a backyard BBQ for my husband's retirement party and we could not be happier with everything! My husband and I just got married on August 23, and we were so happy we chose Hilvers Catering for our cocktail hour and reception. The Hilvers team arrived right on time and had everything perfectly prepared. The food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented for both the buffet and cocktail hour. We selected the bridal buffet, which for us included hot ham, roast beef with gravy, au gratin potatoes, mac and cheese, green beans with ham and onions, a garden salad, and bread. Everything was absolutely amazing, and they were incredibly accommodating with a variety of food allergies. One of the sweetest touches was that the team even prepared a plate for me. It was such a thoughtful gesture. Beyond the food, the staff went above and beyond in other ways too. I carried a family handkerchief as my “something blue,” which accidentally got thrown away by our officiant. While he was panicking, the Hilvers team immediately stepped in, helped recover it, rinsed it off, and made sure it was ready for me again. Their level of care and attention to detail truly stood out and made all the difference on our special day. If you are looking for a team that delivers exceptional service at a fair price, look no further than Hilvers. We can’t recommend them enough!

Hilvers catering was wonderful to work with for our wedding. The communication was easy and Katie was aways very responsive. They went above and beyond and put on my napkins rings that i forgot about! I ran into some of the catering staff throughout the night and they were beyond kind, and always asking if my husband or i needed anything at all. It made the night very enjoyable and stress free. I am still hearing from my guests that the food was delicious and I couldn't agree more. They catered my reception and my rehearsal dinner and I'm so glad we chose them. 10/10 I will forever recommend Hivers catering. THANK YOU HILVERS!!!
