I liked Justin he did a great with my criminal case. Justin is very intelligent and does do a great job defending his clients. He also knows what the state of Ohio is capable of and how they treat people. It’s the referral he made for my divorce case to attorney Paul Daiker who turned out to be a weasel that I didn’t like.

I hired HMW Law for my son‘s court case. This is my first time contacting any type of an attorney, and I was pleasantly surprised with how knowledgeable the office workers were. Unfortunately, the first Atty did not work out as she left and formed her own company, but thankfully Justin Weatherly took over the case. I could tell from the moment he walked down the hallway in the courthouse, dressed very nicely and with confidence that he was the attorney that needed to represent my son. From the first sentence that came out of his mouth, I could tell he had a lot of experience and knew the court system, the judge, and the prosecutor. He was familiar with this type of case. He explained the process and even helped with letting my son know exactly what he needed to do and say. He was able to negotiate a plea deal that did not require any jail time. He always answered our text messages with our questions, ETA, etc. I would definitely recommend him in the future.
