I want to give a GIANT THANK YOU to Lyss at Hollywood Nails & Spa! I live in Georgia and was in need of an IMMEDIATE mani/pedi for my sister~in~law who is passing away at the hospital in Omaha. I was referred to her through a friend and this young lady not only said yes, but she did is that same day within 4 hours! She texted me pics of polish colors that I could choose from for her. When she was headed to the hospital, she asked if she could pick up coffee for my brother on her way. I cannot tell you how much this meant to me as this was one of the last wishes I could fulfill for my sister~in~law from so far away. Lyss not only was responsive, she was kind, caring and compassionate! She went above and beyond during this difficult time for our family! When I return home to visit, I will be coming to see her and the salon to say Thank you and for a service of my own! God Bless them and everything they did!!!!
Would give more than 5 stars if I could! I went here for the first time the other day, and I’ve never had better customer service than I did here. Not to mention they are amazing nail techs. I won’t be going anywhere else to get my nails done!!
Lys & Victoria are amazing. I love my nails. I asked for a particular design and got what i wanted. The salon is clean & organized! Entire staff are friendly and welcoming making you feel right at home. Thank you so much for getting me in and doing a great job!
I only get my nails done at Hollywood Nails and spa. They are a very friendly and welcoming establishment. Everyone of them treat their clients like family. I never feel out of place there. My nails are always done with patience and I love every set I get. I never feel rushed and I feel like my time and money are valued here. I work all day and they understand that Victoria always tries to accommodate me and make room for me in her schedule even if she stays late. I truly appreciate this family owned business I would recommend it 100%.
I took my daughters here for full sets and I did a shellac manicure and all of our nails look AMAZING. The shape, the polish, the cleanliness and the kindness was amazing. It was my daughters first time getting her nails done and she was very nervous but Victoria did an amazing job easing her nerves and even gave her some encouragement like don’t worry and don’t be negative. They went above and beyond. We will be back!
