We live in Oceanside and our washer wouldn’t drain properly. It left clothes soaked and the cycle never finished. The repair tech showed up within 24 hours, found a clog in the pump, and cleared it out fast. He also did a quick check-up on the rest of the machine. Nice to see that kind of care.
Dan was professional and super sharp. Our cooktop’s ignition had gone bad on two burners. He replaced the igniters and cleaned up the others while he was at it. Really appreciated the attention to detail. Friendly guy, no pushy upsells, and fair pricing.
The best service I have ever received for a repair. My freezer went out and Alex was able to arrive within just a few hours on a Friday evening. We had to order the part and he came on Christmas to fix it so we wouldn’t have to wait any longer than necessary once it arrived. I have never experienced such wonderful customer service. Mike provided quick and easy communication to get it handled right away and even made sure to check in once all was complete to ensure we were satisfied. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Fridge wasn't cooling so well and I had to unplug to reset it a few times. Alex saw that the coils were very dirty and did a thorough cleaning and believes that was the issue. He was able to come out in the evening, 3 hours after I called for an appt, which I appreciated.
I called to request repair of a 16-yr old American Range gas cooktop burner the Friday before Thanksgiving. It was the 3rd company I'd called but the first that made me feel like an important potential client vs just another bothersome person to get scheduled. A technician, George was available to come out the same day. He detected the issue quickly and explained the problem well. He had to order a replacement part, saying it would take just a day or two to obtain. With a weekend in between, I was not expecting it to arrive in time for the holiday but was pleasantly surprised to be notified that it was ready and George would be able to install it the same day! Having all 4 burners working made it much nicer to cook Thanksgiving dinner! The office contact, Mike was highly communicative and friendly. George was efficient, skilled, polite and considerate. put everything back the way it was, no mess! He was also kind enough to replace my burnt out oven light bulbs for me--I couldn't reach them. I'll definitely trust in Home Appliance Service Center to fix what is needed the next time something goes haywire, and to honestly say when it would be less costly to replace vs repair.
