HomeGoods is fun but always crowded and kinda chaotic. Aisles are packed, carts everywhere, and it can feel overwhelming. Still, there are tons of cool home finds and good prices, so it’s worth it if you don’t mind digging through the madness.

This is the worse HomeGoods location I have been to. So unorganized, dusty, poor selection. They discriminate Jews as well, they are anti God- anything that has to do with Jewish holidays, they hide it in the back where the bathroom is and they even put furnitures in front of it so it’s difficult to get to or have poor visibility for marketing. I’m not even Jewish but I stand up for any racism or discrimination. Worse, one night I went to do a return at 9:20, they close at 9:30, their door was closed, and I knocked but they ignored me. I waited thinking they were busy but they looked at me, then rotated their bodies so their back was facing me- all 3 of them. Two young females at the register and a young guy with a red apron on the sales floor. Customers came out of the store and the door opened but by then I was in my car. So that was when I realized the door isn’t broken, it’s just set to where people cannot enter but people can exit. I won’t ever support this location again. Horrible management, unprofessional employees. No integrity in their work.

I had a very disappointing experience at HomeGoods today with the cashier, Alicia. Her performance was honestly about a 1 out of 5. Here’s what happened: • No greeting at all and no eye contact. • I had to lift the furniture myself so she could scan the barcode. • Her tone was cold when she asked how I wanted my receipt. • After completing the transaction, she didn’t say anything — she just yelled “Next” to the person behind me. I usually enjoy shopping here, but this experience felt unwelcoming and unprofessional. I hope management can address this to improve customer service.

Asked someone on the floor if they would discount a set of sheets because they looked like they were returned. The sheets were bulging out of the package like someone took them all out and put them back in. He said yes and to let the cashier know when I pay. So I decided to get them anyways. I go to pay and the lady says “oh well sometimes people pull it out to see it better” she doesn’t give me the discount. I told her that they did not look presentable. I shop these stores a lot. Anything in that condition would be marked down to a discounted price. These cashiers act like it’s coming out of their paycheck. I should’ve asked for a manager but I just wanted to get out of there after being gaslit. I will not be back.

Great establishment. Always clean and organized. The staff is always helpful and friendly. I love anything pink! This is the place i usually find the most things. I never leave empty handed. They always have amazing stuff that i would not find anywhere else. I love coming here.
