Harold is pretty cool and a great instructor, i first took a class with him a couple of years ago at Knockout Fitness. I have been looking for a boxing gym/ pad work type workout in the Baltimore area for quite sometime now. He sent me an instagram link, and i have been taking classes since November. He is very thorough, he teaches the basics if you are new to boxing, and gives a great workout. He has a varied range of classes from yoga, self defense etc. Check him out for sure.
