I booked a deep cleaning with full sanitizing of all surfaces. I have two long haired cats so it was a big cleaning job. Krystyna and Julia made the place gleam. It smells fresh and looks amazing. Attention to detail and communication throughout were excellent. Highly recommend. Will book again.
Curious to hear others’ thoughts—does $582.57 seem expensive for a deep clean of a 1,600 sq ft apartment (windows, baseboards, oven included), or is this standard pricing? My experience was just okay. From the initial pricing quote to the execution, it wasn’t what I expected. While my apartment did need a deep clean, the pricing felt high relative to the size of the space and the overall results. The floors appeared to be cleaned with what looked like a Swiffer, which was disappointing given that these are older Chicago wood floors that really require a traditional mop. There was no follow-up after the cleaning to ask how the service went, which felt unprofessional. Although they mentioned I could reach out to have anything recleaned if I felt it needed, this felt impersonal. Two individuals cleaned for approximately 4.5 hours but at times seemed disorganized in their focus, spending time vacuuming cloth seating rather than prioritizing higher-impact areas.
