I called twice yesterday, my wife forgot her keys inside of the house, they said a technician will call sooner, never called or show up, fortunately, my wife was able to got in to the patio and opened the back door with a card. Not recommended for an emergency call.

unprofessional, rude and untrustworthy. we agreed on the job price. when they showed up at the site, they more than quadruple it. when I asked why the owner insulted me then followed up with a string of nasty harassing text messages. Do not recommend.

I want to share my experience so others know exactly what to watch out for. I was locked out of my garage and called this company because their website promises fast service (around 25 minutes). In reality, they showed up almost 2 hours later, even though they are located just 10 minutes from my home. (Not even during after hours this was during working hours). When they finally arrived, they spent less than 5 minutes using a simple hanging wire to pull the emergency release. There were no new parts, no installation, no removal of springs or cables, no real repair work at all, just a basic manual unlock that any reputable garage company does for a fair price. What makes this worse is that there is no clear price listed online and no estimate was given upfront. They never called me back while I was waiting, and when the technician finally arrived, they quoted me using a phone calculator, bumping the price up from about $380 to $465 “with tax” without any breakdown or explanation of how they reached that number. They didn’t even offer me the option to pay with a credit card or a secure company system, instead I was told to pay immediately through Zelle to a personal number, with no secure payment protection or receipt. (I have proof of the payment and the phone number for display if necessary) I was never given an official invoice, receipt, or itemized list of fees. Not before, during, or after the job. Even after the service, I called back and spoke to both the technician and their management on the phone. They refused to explain the price, refused to provide a receipt or any written breakdown, and insisted that nearly $500 for this basic unlock is “normal,” which is simply not true. They promised a call back, but never called me back at all, and most likely blocked my number by now like other reviews have mentioned here before. A basic garage door manual unlock like this with no parts or repairs typically costs about $80–$150, even for an after-hours call. Charging nearly $500 for a 5-minute wire pull is unacceptable and feels like a scam. I strongly recommend avoiding this company altogether. They will use your desperation in an emergency to overcharge you, rather than genuinely help you in a fair and reasonable way. Do your homework, demand a clear price quote before agreeing to anything on the phone, and don’t pay through personal accounts without a secure receipt or credit card option. I hope my honest experience helps others avoid this situation

I called house of keys because I lost my keys at the airport. The technician came and programmed 2 new keys for my Chryslervogyer 2021. He was fast, professional and did arlly good job 👍🏼 If you need a Locksmith in Dallas I would recommend them to anyone 🫶🏼
