I’ve been using Lenny’s crew at Houston RV Service and Maintenance for many years now and I wouldn’t take my RV anywhere else! I took my travel trailer in a couple times with damage and Jay and the body/paint guys returned it to me looking as good as new! Earlier this year, I wanted to upgrade to a motorhome and of course, went to the other side of Lenny’s business, Top Choice RV and found a beautiful 2000 year diesel pusher. We drove it all over the Southwest this summer with no problems. In November, rats moved-in and chewed water pipes, wires, seals - it was a mess. Andrew and Rhoan, went thru and repaired a bunch of pipes, wiring, rubber seals and trim. ********** update spring 2025 ********** Our slide out began sticking pretty badly, so I took it in for Andrew and Rhoan to checkout. They found the problem and while it was a doozy, they were able to source new rollers and work the mechanism down that it slides in and out really well! While Rhoan was under the RV, he spotted a leaking leveling jack, which I had forgotten about, and was able to get it repaired and replaced within a couple more days. Again, I trust these gentlemen with everything on my RV! Lenny is putting together a fine full-service RV sales and service team! ********** UPDATE 7/2/25 ********** I just got my 2000 year model coach back from the guys at Houston RV Service and as usual, I’m very happy! I had new front shocks installed, and I had them add passenger seat belts for our sofa. I can now share our trips with our grandkids! I’ll be back post-trip to address a few more aging RV problems! I trust these guys with the RVs that my family and I cherish and will only use them for body work, RV maintenance and everything in-between! ********* UPDATE 9/23/25 ************ On our summer trip to Montana, our slide out awning broke. I contacted Andrew and he researched the problem and sent me the part numbers I needed to order the correct parts to effect my own repair. Yet another instance of the Top Choice commitment to service!
Rhoan came to my RV. He was very knowledgeable and had the parts needed. Rohan was quick and effective with my repairs. I will definitely call on Houston RV Service next time I need help. Thank you very much!
We reached out to Houston RV Service for some routine maintenance and several needed repairs. We received a quote for engine and generator oil change from another company and it was considerably higher than Houston RV. Andrew Aguirre provided our quote and handled the process throughout the work, Andrew provided photos through Text and contacted us every day to keep us informed! While changing the generator oil they found the generator cover panel missing, it was not reinstalled by another company during our last oil change and I never looked! Andrew quoted us a price to replace it. The price was very reasonable and we approved it. Andrew got the cover within a day or so and they installed it. We brought our RV in on Monday morning and got it back by midday on Friday, much faster than we have had in the past with others. Before leaving Lenny (the Owner) introduced himself to me and asked if I had another 30 minutes or so because he wanted to give us a complementary RV wash before leaving, we were very happy with that though there was no need to offer that they did it any way!! This is where we will come from now on for all our RV work!!! Thank you Andrew, Lenny and the entire Houston RV Team!!!
