Huemn offers many types of therapy for recovery, health, and performance. I had the pleasure of meeting Cathy when I booked my first cold plunge. When she heard it was my first time, she willingly offered to coach me and I was able to complete 3 full minutes! Cathy is a light to talk to and is so knowledgeable! The whole team at Huemn MKT is awesome and I highly recommend checking them out for all of your wellness needs!!
Huemn is an awesome place for healing and recovery! Andi, Jay, and the entire team work together to help me recover from a brain injury. I regularly use the hyperbaric oxygen, but there’s something for everyone at every stage of wellness. My parents (seniors) and I are impressed by this team’s commitment to excellence. They provide safe healing options that aren’t cookie cutter. At Huemn, I’m encouraged to ask questions, try everything, and stay on the path to wellness. The team at Huemn is genuinely the BEST! I have been coming here for 4 months, 5 days a week for Hyperbaric treatments and it has been life changing. Andi, Nick, and Jay (and everyone else!) have been amazing to work with. They explain every part of the process thoroughly and encourage you along the way. I received a lung injury at work and was maxed out on inhalers and had no other options to turn to however I was so incredibly limited with what I could do daily by my respiratory symptoms. That’s when my Pulmonologist recommended Huemn for hyperbaric treatments. Within the first week (5 treatments in) my shortness of breath and chest tightness that I had constantly lessened significantly and I was able to increase my activity tolerance. As I continued treatments I began to have less and less symptoms and increase my activity, able to do more at work and at home. Now almost 4 months into treatment (80+ hyperbaric treatments) I have been able to go from 3 inhalers needed to 1 (and possibly none soon), I don’t have shortness of breath or chest tightness on a daily basis like I previously had at rest. I can exercise again, be more hands on at work, and complete normal daily tasks that before hyperbaric treatments I couldn’t do at all since my injury. The hyperbaric treatments at Huemn have given me an incredible quality of life back to me and I am so incredibly thankful to their team for their knowledge and guidance through this challenging time in my life. I couldn’t recommend them more!!
My experience at huemn has been nothing short of 5 stars. The facility is clean and the services offered are wide-ranging. The staff, however, is what puts huemn above other competitors. In particular, Sam and Christine impressed me. Sam clearly demonstrates advanced knowledge of the science behind their services. She shared some of her personal success stories with the contrast room and red light therapy that were really relatable. Moreover, she went above and BEYOND to cater to me and make sure my experience was great. She spent extra time researching questions I had and even offering extra material to me. She is an outstanding member of the team. Christine was diligent in asking questions about my experiences and why I came to huemn. It was clear she was excited to be apart of the huemn team. Her relatability and enthusiasm made me feel comfortable after the first visit. In general, I would recommend huemn to my friends and family. I am excited to make great use of my membership and see the health benefits that come from it.
