Alec was a very cheerful and pleasant person. After warm greetings he promptly started examining our furnace. He was very professional and systematic. He discovered our furnace was only working on half power. He explained the problem and answered all our question. We voiced concern about the possibility of the furnace ducts under the house not sealed well. He assured us that it shouldn't be possible but to reassure us he crawled under the house to examine them. No problem there.
We had Brandon and Alexis out to install our new Carrier Infinity High Efficiency furnace and air conditioner. Both were very nice and professional, they arrived promptly and spent extra time making sure the system was working correctly. The areas they were installing the equipment was left very clean and tidy. I would recommend Hurliman for all your HVAC needs, they are very responsive.
Andrew and Zamauri did a great job and were very detailed. They kept a clean and neat worksite and kept us informed of their progress. They even stayed late, trying to finish the job. Thanks Guys
Dan/Anthony were knowledgeable and friendly. My issue requires them to come back to fix my A\C but still a happy costumer. Update: Had all brand new equipment installed yesterday. Took them from 8:30am-8:00pm. Techs were having issues with leaks in the brand new system and couldn’t get the new system to work. My house was 82° when they finally got the A/C to work. Only lasted 1 hour before the whole system shut down. I’m not very thrilled right now or confident with my new equipment. ⭐️ 7/2 update: Jaiden and Travis from Hurliman have fixed the issues fixed and system is running great! Hurliman went out of their way to restore my confidence with the installation and I am satisfied with the job done. 10/9 update: had a tech out to do a tune up. Raymond discovered the installation was not done properly and the internal furnace WAS NOT hooked up. he was able to get everything fixed and was very professional. Still not very confident in the quality of work the original Installation team. Makes me wonder what else was missed or what corners were cut.
We had a great experience with our technicians. They took just about two days to install two mini split units for us. They kept their space tidy and did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. Very forthright with info and what they were working on. We were “ghosted” on the Monday before our appointment by one of the managers(?) who was meant to come look at our house and walk us through what to expect and that was frustrating. Again, technicians were great, 10 out of 10
