I have been going to Hyde Park Vet for three plus years. From the minute my chi and I walked in we were treated very special. The staff is friendly, courteous and efficient. We were early but did not wait very long. Dr. Forhecz and her tech gave Bruno a thorough exam ( for an upset stomach ) and sent us home with a generous bag of food to try. I would recommend this practice to everyone, and I already have.

The best vets in Tampa for my fur babies! All of the doctors I've worked with are nothing short of compassionate and patient. Dr. Fleischman helped monitor and resolve heartworm in one of my pups after a two year struggle in getting rid of them. Dr. Forhecz was amazing and caught a splenic tumor on my older dog and was extremely helpful and compassionate throughout the process of removal and biopsy. I couldn't recommend them more!

We originally chose Hyde Park Vet Clinic because it was within walking distance of our apartment, but we have stayed because of the exceptional care, especially from Dr. Fleischman! Over the years, our mini Bernedoodle has needed a wide range of veterinary support. We sailed throughout the Caribbean with him, which meant frequent health certificates, multiple vet visits, and even treatment for ehrlichia. After moving to Tampa, he developed new skin allergies. As a (human) critical care nurse, I deeply appreciate Dr. Fleischman’s professionalism, clear explanations, and evidence-based approach. She consistently provides thoughtful options, follows up thoroughly, and has been incredible in helping manage our dog’s allergies and other medical needs. I would absolutely recommend Hyde Park Vet Clinic to anyone seeking high-quality veterinary care. We’re sad to be moving out of state and losing such an excellent vet! Thank you for all that you have done for our Baker!
