Zay is incredible! He has worked with me through everything. I got sick and sprung my foot but he worked around it. I couldn’t even do push ups or anything related to work out that much and now after only 2 weeks I can do a lot of push ups and more exercises than I ever could! He the best and he is definitely a friend for life! I highly recommend him!

I had my first workout at I Already Won Fitness last Friday with Isaiah, and it was amazing! The workout was intense, energetic, and incredibly motivating. Isaiah’s energy and focus kept me pushing through every set — he was encouraging, attentive making sure my form was on point and that I was giving my absolute best. I am grateful for Zay and I Already Won Fitness! The group exercise classes got me out of a workout rut and motivated me. There’s a big difference with your conditioning when you stay consistent with the group classes. Timed workouts versus reps only will make you stronger fast and every workout feels different! Zay is motivating and usually offers some daily motivational phrase that puts you in the right frame of mind.
