Erik came out on MLK day and did an amazing job doing a general inspection of my house plumbing. I was having some issues in my master bathroom with water pressure and not only did he fix it but educated me on prevention and general maintenance strategies. He was super helpful annd pleasant to work with all the way around. Been using I need the plumber for years and will continue to.
We had an issue with our water heater and today called this plumbing company; we made an appointment for service and told that the plumber would arrive between 11 and 1. The plumber called my husband at 10:50 to tell us that he was on his way, such a prompt response! Erik quickly diagnosed the issue with several thoughts to fix and provided so much information to us and was able to repair our water heater today! Erik is extremely professional, courteous and knowledgable! This is an amazing company and would not hesitate to use again if we needed additional service! Thank you
Derrick and Eric went beyond expectations. We had to have our plumbing repiped, a very stressful situation Derrick explained in detail what needed to be done and why. He gave us different options and explained the benefits and the drawbacks of each. My husband and I found him very informative. Both Derrick and Eric did a great job at the house explaining each step and keeping the dirt to a minimum when possible and cleaned up after themselves each day. By the end of the first day we had water on half the house so we could take a hot shower, they completed the work on the next day. Two very sweet and informative men who were very patient with my husband who asked a thousand questions. We had used them before for small jobs and very impressed with them and now even more. We would definitely recommend Derrick and Eric for all your plumbing needs, you will not be disappointed
Eric was amazong. Very friendly. Punctual and cared about my place. Explained the whole process and even spent time answering a few of my non plumbing related questions. Highly highly recommend him.
