Great local screen repair! Sousan was able to fix my Samsung Galaxy quickly and for a fair price. The quality of the repair was outstanding, but more impressive was her argument on why it was better for me to switch to Apple. It centered around security and data usage, which are both really important. Sousan has an impressive background in tech, and it shows after a few minutes of chatting. I would highly recommend using her services if you want it done right with no corners being cut. The last repair left broken pieces of glass in the phone? Not appreciated. Sousan cleaned all that up and served up great conversation. P.S. If your a dog lover, better not visit, because her two Aussies will steal your heart. Also, I bought her only iPhone and will make the switch soon. Sousan, you are awesome, THANK YOU!

I agree with the other reviewer who said the retail experience was very rude. I filled out the online form that is prompted through their website to ask about services for repairing my cell phone. I got simply an email back saying to come into the store. Then I called, because I have an infant in tow and would like information about whether it's worthwhile for me to go into the store before I make the trip out. The respondent answered curtly, "I already responded to you. If you want pricing look it up on Amazon." I guess they don't want business. I don't recommend. Go to CPR (Cell Phone Repair) instead.

Absolutely the rudest retail experience I’ve had in a long time. The person behind the counter totally blew me off as if I was bothering them by being in the shop. I would have readily paid them to repair the digitizer/screen on a phone for one of my employees. I can order screens on iFixit or Amazon, I didn’t, I came to a local shop because I value quality work. Thankfully, there are many other shops around.

They have been great! It started with my kid messing up her Nintendo switch charging port and it required micro soldering to fix which is a rare skill. They since fixed our phone, a DVD player, other Nintendo switches. There isn’t much they can’t do. Exceptional customer service.
