ICE Recovery & Wellness – The Perfect Post-Marathon Reset After running the Rock 'n' Roll Marathon, my husband and I made sure to prioritize recovery, and ICE Recovery & Wellness was **exactly** what we needed. We got IV therapy the day before the race, then immediately after finishing, we did cryo and compression—it made all the difference! The nurse who assisted us was incredibly helpful, giving thoughtful recommendations for which vitamins to include in our IVs based on our needs. There was no pressure to upsell—just genuine care and expertise. The **cryo ice recovery** was spectacular! The gentleman helping us was so kind and personable, walking us through the entire process and ensuring we were comfortable. He guided us to the dressing room, explained the dress code, and got us set up in the cryo machine. The experience was much less shocking than a cold plunge since the cold eases in gradually. He chatted with me the whole time, which made the experience even better (especially considering I usually hate the cold!). After cryo, we did the **compression leg massage**, and wow—I almost fell asleep because it felt *that* good! It was the perfect way to help our legs recover after all those miles. To top it all off, their **military discount is 50%**, which was such an amazing surprise. They even have a wall dedicated to honoring military personnel—what a thoughtful way to show support. Overall, ICE Recovery & Wellness exceeded all expectations. If you need top-tier recovery and an incredible team to take care of you, this is the place to go!
ICE was a blessing to my experience in California. The cryo and normatec played a key role in keeping me recovered and physically healthy. It helped me surf longer and harder! The staff and ownership are some of the most amazing people and I definitely made life long friends! Love y’all!
