Took my son to get a haircut heard a lot of good things unfortunately the barber messed up my son's hair didn't give what I asked for, the price says 20$ for kids cut got charged $30 for a bad cut. Good thing another barber was able to fix my son's hair! Won't be going back there again! Hello yes I couldn't reply for some reason but I went there December 22nd, and I believe the barber name was Tnice, I went to get both my son's haircuts there but only ended up getting 1 of my boys cuts done, My husband and I were completely disappointed and had to go to another barber and pay again for them to fix my son's hair. The barber that fixed my son's hair said that the the icon barber didn't even give my son a taper just a size 1 and didn't blend it either and the line up was so crooked he gave my son cuts on his forehead, still had lots of baby hairs on his forehead and neck. My son is 4 years old but is very good at sitting threw a haircut.
Had the pleasure of getting my haircut with Tony. He is a talented young man with great attention to detail. The shop is clean, the environment is friendly and if you’re in downtown Fresno looking for a cut i highly recommend Tony at Icon. Thank you one again!
I highly recommend this barbershop, the feel and barbers are very friendly and you get greeted as soon as you come In. Tony did a great job on my hair and listened to me, I did want a different cut than I usually do and he was able to do it I am highly satisfied. Let me add The barbershop is very nice and spacious in downtown Fresno.
Tanya is the absolute SWEETEST! She was so incredibly patient and communicative throughout the service. It was my first time getting my hair done but she made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Snacks were also provided 😋 she is SO skilled and left my hair looking BEAUTIFUL! I love my hair and will definitely be coming back. She also gave me information on how to take care of my hair/keep it healthy. This girl knows what she’s doing! I’d trust her with my life.
I booked an appointment with Tanya for a cherry brown hair color, and she absolutely nailed it! My hair looks fantastic, and I couldn’t be happier. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making the entire experience even better. If you’re looking for amazing hair and top-notch service, I highly recommend booking here. I know I’ll definitely be coming back to see Tanya again!:)
