Excellent shop. I just got a couple flash tattoos from Lorin Devine and they won't be my last. Lorin is an amazing artist and tattooer—with incredible focus and dedication to their craft and clients—I'm already itching for another booking.
I’ve been working with Lorin on a custom sleeve featuring the state flowers of all the places I’ve lived, and it’s been such a special and collaborative experience. Her greyscale fine line work is absolutely stunning! It's delicate, detailed, and incredibly consistent. Each flower feels alive in its own subtle way, and the flow of the overall piece has come together beautifully thanks to her thoughtful design eye. I trust her completely! Beyond her incredible artistry, Lorin has been a wonderful creative partner. She is patient, communicative, and genuinely invested in bringing my vision to life. She takes the time to listen, refine, and make sure every detail feels intentional. I’m so grateful to have found someone who not only has exceptional technical skill but also honors the personal meaning behind the work. Highly recommend her for anyone looking for timeless, elegant black-and-grey fine line tattoos.
I've gotten 4 tattoos from Lorin now, and I can't recommend her enough! Her detail, linework, and shading is incredible and each piece has healed beautifully. She has made me feel so welcome & comfortable each time I've come in! The entire staff at Icon is wonderful & they make monthly flash days so much fun!
I’ve been meaning to write a review for ages and kept forgetting, better late than never though! I’ve gotten two tattoos by Laura at Icon and both times were such great experiences! Everyone I’ve interacted with has been cheery and welcoming, Laura is an incredible artist, thorough and collaborative throughout the creation process to make sure everything is just right. I can’t recommend this studio or Laura more highly!
The environment was great; I had a fabulous walk-in experience after calling in twice for a time adjustment (miscalculation on my part). They were extremely sweet and understanding, and they worked us in! (This was on a less busy day, so keep that in mind when calling in!) The conversation was more than pleasant, and both my sister and I had a wonderful experience with Mickey! We both got a 1-inch tattoo on our ankle, working out to 300 total! :) They also have fresh, laundered socks if your feet are shy, haha!!
