Very disappointing and unprofessional service. I submitted a request on their website and left both my phone number and email. No one replied to my email. Someone did text message, and I sent a clear message explaining the issue. They said they’d check and get back to me — but they never did. Two days later, I followed up, and they didn’t even remember speaking with me. That’s not how a professional repair service should operate. I don’t recommend this place.

I reached out to this service to replace the battery on my iPhone. The replacement was done quickly and with great quality. I’ve been using my phone for a week now, and everything works perfectly. My laptop unfortunately experienced water damage and I took it to Microsoft to get it fixed and they told me it would cost me around $800-900 to replace my battery and clean the motherboard. Seeing as this was outrageous, I took it to this iFix New York location and they fixed my battery and motherboard at the cost of $475 (originally $550 but minus the $75 diagnostic charge)! They kept me updated constantly when the replacement battery came in and when my laptop was ready to pickup. My laptop now runs perfectly! Thank you so much to Russel and the technician!

I brought in a laptop and external storage drive that had somehow croaked simultaneously, taking my data with them. The guys at iFix went through the options we had to recover the data and repair the laptop, and after running some diagnostics, they called and made sure I was OK with the (reasonable) prices before proceeding. A couple days later, I had the data back and a new hard drive installed. When I came to pick everything up, the technician came upstairs, explained the setup to me, and patiently answered my questions as though he didn't have a bunch of other repairs to get to, although I'm sure he did. I will continue to use iFix for tech repair and recommend them.
