I had a great experience at the iFixit in Tampa International Mall. Prince took care of my Samsung S22 by upgrading to a glass screen protector, and he also installed a protector on my son’s iPhone. He was professional, knowledgeable, and worked quickly while still giving great attention to detail. Everything looks perfect, and the service was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend this location—and especially Prince—for anyone needing reliable, high-quality phone repairs or accessories!

Messed up my phone with fake parts. Didn’t compete the fix. I used the apple intelligence on my phone to use the visual intelligence to search where they bought the terrible back glass and it was Amazon. Everything they sell here are things you can get for 1/5th of the price from Amazon. A fraud like business that I’m not sure how the mall approved especially with an Apple Store right next door. The shop worker told me that it was chose than Apple. $350 I paid for a back glass. For my phone at Apple it would’ve been $200. $150 less. Stay away no matter what they say. In the idiot who listened to then and gave them my business. In my opinion this business shouldn’t even be in the mall and they have another off site at the food court. Again stay away. Stay away. Stay away stay away. Take the L Or go to Apple

I had several good experiences at the store. Then took my iPad to them approximately 10 months ago for crack screen, and to replace the glass. After the glass was replaced… A bright red line up the middle of the screen that had never previously been there. I was out of the country for 45 days but call them during the first 32 occasions and left messages telling them of the problem. I’m returning to the states. They declined to honor their 30 day warranty… And said the problem wasn’t their fault anyway that there was an expansion of the battery that needed correction. Unwisely, and needing my iPad, I told them to replace the battery… Which was another $250 on top of the $300 for the screen! Then received the iPad back… And a 1/4 inch margin on one of the long sides and short sides of the screen now is unresponsive to Touch. And they presented that this was an OK outcome! Very disappointed… Do not recommend and will never return to this location.

I had an amazing experience at the customer service counter on a busy Sunday afternoon! My phone screen was cracked, and even with the store packed, the team was efficient and friendly. They fixed my screen quickly and even cleaned my phone, making it look brand new. I really appreciated their great attitude and quick service. Highly recommend this place for any phone repairs!
