This was the first time we needed to find an electrician for our home; needing 5 outlets replaced and 1 added. Ignite Electric had good reviews online, Jaden provided a very knowledgeable quote on-site (sharing our various options for outlet locations), and we liked that the Ignite team is comprised of licensed journeyman electricians - so we went ahead and scheduled the work. We are very impressed with their customer service and knowledge. Today, Lloyd was on time, professional, kind, and the completed job exceeded our expectations. Thank you, Lloyd! A five star experience from the very beginning. I found Ignite on Google and reached out to them via phone and unfortunately they missed my call, however I received a follow up text within minutes. This was a Friday and they were able to provide an on site estimate the following Monday. After review we were able to schedule services the same week. The technicians were prompt, professional, and mindful of our home. Lloyd and Paul provided excellent services while arriving on time and completing the job on time as well. Their communication and responsiveness was excellent, highly recommend.
Today I called for an appointment and the lady over the phone was so helpful. She was able to get someone out to my house today. Travis was very knowledgeable, he was quick at seeing what the issue was. I had two other people tell me that is was the electrical box outside and when Travis tested each on the power line, it work just fine. Travis was able to test out each outlet. He was fast and knew what the problem was. he was very reliable and highly recommended the company and most of Travis. Such amazing customer service and definitely use them again.
Lloyd and Paul did a great job! They did can lights in my living room and installed and wired 2 fans in the bedrooms. They were on time and cleaned up! Highly recommend.
