This review is a little late but no doubt well deserved. They did an excellent job on replacing our 3000 sqft roof! But what really sets them apart from the competition is their value for integrity and excellence. We were still experiencing a leak after the roof replacement and the owner made it his mission to find and resolve the issue which was a combination of issues with gutters, my porch and window. Instead of saying this is not my issue because he was hired to fix these issues, he went above and beyond to identify the source of the leaks and fix them even though he didn't have to. I would highly recommend this company!
When I initially called for an estimate Luis came right out. He was kind professional and thorough. I had seen their work in the city and decided to use IMAN roofing to replace my roof. Always easy to contact Luis and he answered all my questions. When it came time to start the job his crew was right on time. They were courteous and respectful of my property. They setup and started work. When the job was done the crew cleaned up so well you would have never known there was a roof replacement NOT a repair a COMPLETE replacement which meant lots of waste. Yard was left just as they found it if not a little better. I can’t express how completely happy I am with the finished product. I HIGHLY recommend IMAN Roofing.
I want to give a big shout out to Eric who was Able to help my mom find a solution that fit her budget so she didn’t have to replace her whole roof as she is planning to sell her house this year. We had a terrible experience 10 years ago with a roofer who did our roof and they put a horrible roof on that is already leaking. Eric Was able to come out and assess And give us options that made us feel comfortable. He was very knowledgeable and kind and very thorough. Not only did he climb the roof when nobody else did that came out to give us estimates, But he flew a drone to show me a video and photo in real time. I highly recommend this company.
After 5 contractors came out to inspect our roof, only one actually climbed the roof and found out the problem. Eric was beyond impressive, full of knowledge, he showed us pictures of the damage and provided us with a cost effective solution that my mother and I were able to swing. During the presentation, Eric showed us samples and went through the entire process with us. He was very inviting and kind; while delivering the upmost trust and confidence. The crew that came were friendly, and did a fantastic job on the roof, clean up was amazing. I would Recommend to anyone especially if you have Eric handling your project.
