This is the best service you're going to get. Very professional and personable. Lee is awesome. He is very thorough and will communicate any updates about what they are working on. They've installed remote starters on 3 of my cars, and a few of my friends' cars, all operating flawlessly. I actually called him once asking for a recommendation on a windshield replacement shop because I absolutely trust his judgement. This service has exceeded my expectations.

Please, please, do yourself a favor, do not look any further and do not go anywhere else! Even my Uber driver on the way over to pick up my car was singing the praises of Impact Audio and Lee Cochran, the owner. I had Lee install a "non-standard" immobilizer on my Durango Hellcat and even though this was the first time he had installed this make of system, he was totally unphased. During the install when he recognized that the unit was missing some wire markers he took it upon himself to call the manufacturer directly to clarify the installation. The work was done in just a couple of hours, looks better than a factory fit and at a totally reasonable price. Will 110% be back for any future audio or security system needs.

Excellent place. Lee, the owner, is incredibly nice and accommodating. I brought my Mercedes GL 450 here to have an aftermarket Apple CarPlay installed. I purchased the unit from the Road Top website, which in my opinion is one of the best options for German cars. I called Lee beforehand to ask if he needed to see the equipment before installation. He said there was no need—just purchase the unit and schedule an appointment. That’s exactly what I did, and his technician handled the install. The installation was completed in under two hours, and the finished product looks fantastic. The CarPlay integration is seamless, and I was able to retain all OEM functions, which was very important to me. As a family, we’ve been driving with it for the past couple of days and are very happy with how it looks and performs. I was referred here by Autohaus in Royal Oak, where I normally take my car for service, and I can see why they recommended this place. Lee and his team really know what they’re doing when it comes to car audio and electronics. As of today, I’m noticing a slight rattling sound, possibly from a loose wire. I’ll follow up with an update after it’s diagnosed, but overall the experience has been excellent so far.

Lee was great to deal with! Very knowledgeable, and opened after normal hours to accommodate my schedule and install a remote start on my girlfriend’s vehicle… would recommend to anyone who wants quality service at a reasonable price! Will be back in the future for sure

Excellent place!!! Excellent people!!!! Very nice welcoming people...I have a very complicated stereo system, IF you have anything wrong with your speaker system, bring it here!!!! My radio wouldn't turn on and we couldn't figure it out!!!! Took them maybe 10 minutes and they knew what was wrong!!! Fixed my radio so fast, it was in protective mode because i needed new back speakers!!! They cut the hole bigger for me to be able to add bigger speakers!!!! Best place hands down for your car audio needs. They have a beautiful speaker display inside and a couple cute clown fish too 😁
