Imperial Auto Body did a phenomenal job! It looks just like it did when I drove it off the lot 2 months ago. All the seams of the car align as they should. You cannot tell a new bumper or light is on the car. Repairs were also super quick! Dropped off 11/11 and picked up 11/14. This is my first accident repair and it was so smooth! Everyone in the office is super friendly and let me know every step of the way until it was done! I wasn’t expecting to pick up a repaired & detailed car, that was a wonderful touch! Hope I don’t need any more body work done but if I do, Imperial Auto Body has my business! Thank you for the quick and superb repairs!
I had an amazing experience at Imperial Auto! Joe and Bryce were fantastic—super communicative, honest, and thorough from start to finish. They explained everything clearly and delivered great results. My car is in better shape now than when I bought it! Highly recommend them if you want skilled, trustworthy mechanics who really care about their customers.
I found this shop through a search and I’m glad I went in for an estimate and agreed to have them fix the large scratch on my car that also involved replacing a door handle on my Audi Q5. The location of the shop is a bit out there in northern DC but once I walked through the office door, the staff was very welcoming. Everyone I talked to was very professional and glad no one treated me like a clueless girl. Thank you! I highly recommend this shop and would come here again for any future car needs.
Imperial provided exceptional work. I was afraid that my car would be totaled, but Imperial assured me that she could be fixed. Needless to say they were right! Got my baby back together and looking brand new. I will say that there customer service regarding communicating with the customer needs to be worked on. My car was supposed to be ready on a Friday (no one called me, so I called at 4:45pm) only to be told the collaboration expert wasn’t in today so it’ll be Monday! Well Monday came and went (no call) received a call on Tuesday at 4:30pm
