Repeat Customer! Super F-A-S-T Service! My garage door jumped the tracks before bed last evening (luckily, my vehicles were outside already!) and I could barely get the garage door shut. I called them for an adjustment of my door. They actually responded to my call THAT NIGHT - setting a service appointment the following morning. They came, on time, tweaked the door to get it back on the tracks, and refused my money when I attempted to pay for the tiny service. They truly care about their customers! Def Recommend!

Excellent Service and Integrity! I called In and Out Doors when my garage door suddenly wouldn't open. Their technician arrived promptly and was both polite and professional throughout the visit. After diagnosing the issue, he discovered it was simply a switch that had been flipped - a quick, easy fix. Since I had used their services back in May for a larger repair, he came out to ensure the problem wasn't related to their previous work. Once he confirmed it was just the switch, he took care of it at no charge. I really appreciate their integrity and customer service. It would have been easy to charge me for a service call, but instead they prioritized making sure I was taken care of. This is exactly the kind of honest, reliable business you want to work with.
