This place is comfortable and has lots of exercise equipment, a pool, and a jacuzzi. It's a great place. I recommend it 100%.

I like the atmosphere, there's no pressure of any kind and I feel confident while doing my workout. The facility is spacious, clean, and cool. The equipment has clear instructions to follow and is easy to use. The staff is welcoming, professional, and helpful.

Best gym in the area. I’ve jumped around trying to find the right gym for me and my fiancé, and look no further, this is the one! They have an indoor AND outdoor pool, massage chairs, sauna room, lots of classes to participate in, and many machines and amenities! it also feels less packed and more private and personal than many other gyms i’ve been to. also, i get to bring a guest every day and attend any In-Shape in the area! Staff is also very kind and supportive.

I enjoy this gym. I really enjoy the staff. They have been wonderful. UPDATE: First let me state, we have a multi person membership, which we use mostly for the convenience of the showers. And most importantly the STAFF is WONDERFUL. With that said, Since my last encounter with manager of the location things went downhill. It was dirty and we could not use part of the facility due to always being broken or locked due to a incorrect repair to a door handle. Also most the soap dispensers were ripped out of the wall for almost 3+ weeks. The soap company gives those for free so you will continue the soap purchases. Manager changed I brought this to his attention and was told it would get corrected. Since then it has become worse the door is falling off it's hinge, wont close correctly or lock correctly. This is not good for a bathroom and shower room. The place has not got cleaner. the water doesn't stay hot or get hot on some occasions. especially in the front showers. There is trash in shower stall in the morning and the same trash at night. See Photos. Please note these photos are all taken at various times and of multiple stalls. you can also see the broken dispensers all at the same time 3 of 4 stalls.

Update as of June 20th. Part 1 of 2: black mold appears to be infested in sauna room. Pictures added. Part 2 of 2 Staff finally put a sign up to stop the mens emergency locker room door from opening up where then people could see directly into the men’s locker room as they changed. May 30th 2024 - update. Be careful walking by the security door on the left after walking past the check in counter. This door is never kept locked and if someone opens the door up to wide then you will see dozens of naked men changing in the locker room. I now make sure that I’m not in the line of sight when changing because people who leave the locker room tend to swing the door wide open. I notified front staff, staff supervisor, and maintenance persons about the the poor state of the facility. Maintenance told me they wait for the rubber bars to fall off completely before repairing them because it’s too hard to do routinely. The central fitness area for core workouts never have matching weights where they belong and have heavier weights from the heavy lifting area instead of the lighter weights. Front staff told me they just let people misplace the weights and it’s not in their agenda to ensure the weights match where they belong. Sauna room is disgusting as well. It won’t ever get a high enough temperature because the door is not insulated.
