Kendra’s help has been such a game changer with my new puppy! With my previous dogs I felt lost about how to get the type of results I wanted. Kendra was able to help me actually understand. So instead of chasing my dog around hoping they’d do what I ask, I now know what to do so that my dog listens to me and WANTS to work with me! I can’t recommend In-Sync enough. We’ve had nothing but welcoming and positive experiences. The facility is very large and well laid out making it easy to leave space between my puppy and other dogs as she learns. Kendra’s classes have been fantastic! We did a private when my pup was only 10 weeks old and as she grew I’ve consistently gotten comments about how well behaved she is. We then took her Puppy Obedience class and Intro Rally Obedience class. My puppy is now 7 months old and we're continuing with Rally coursework classes. It’s been so helpful channeling her energy into training in a way that is fun and productive for us both. A long training session does more to tire her out than anything else. I think anyone would benefit from these classes--they help keep us accountable but also continue to build our bond. I’m so so thankful for Kendra’s guidance and I’m so happy to have such a wonderful relationship with my dog as a result!

We have been attending agility classes at In Sync for almost 7 months now with Mikayla, and have progressed to Agility A. I have a senior Yorkie Poo who is the oldest and smallest dog in the class. Mikayla is very encouraging and supportive of all the dogs and their individual needs, and sets them and their owners up for success. She was kind and understanding when our boy had surgery. I have heard from other patrons that head instructor Shauna is excellent. In our case, Agility classes have increased the bond between my dog and myself and have provided me with tools to guide his behaviour beyond class. We occasionally book "mat time" at In Sync, which is rental of either a large or smaller arena with jumps, tunnels, tire, etc., for 30 minutes or 1 hour, and practice on our own. Great outing on days when the weather prevents good walks with my boy. The facility is clean and well-maintained, support staff are friendly and professional, and I feel very safe with my little fellow there. We have no goal to progress to competition but have found Agility to provide many benefits such as mental and physical stimulation and more focused behaviors. I highly recommend this facility and its instructors.

I was looking for a dog training facility for my dog before his older dog passed away. Something exciting for him to look forward to. I was at pets in the park and I was talking to another participant And they said there's this really cool place in the West End that has barn hunt and they also have just starting a doggy daycare. I took him for an assessment and he had the best time now he's working with a trainer too correct some behaviour That I'm not comfortable doing They are super friendly, incredibly kind and Ricky is always so excited to get there. He'll Howell until they come. And open the door. Thanks for taking such great care of my pup

In-sync is such a great training facility! We have been there for puppy classes, night school, day train, and barn hunt classes. I cannot recommend them enough. Every trainer I worked with has been incredible and my dog always has a great time whenever we go! The day train program is incredible, it is the most structured and has the best value in the whole city and is perfect for keeping my dog busy on days when I'm at the office so he doesn't have to be bored home alone all day.

Wonderful! My goodness the experience we had here was amazing! We had our GSD in the puppy class, James the trainer did amazing! The structure was great, he genuinely cared about every puppers there, and was extremely accommodating when it came to our puppies fear period. We left happy, content, and with tired out puppies every time. We cannot wait to sign her up for the next class❤ She loved it, made friends, and I learned a ton to help ensure she is successful with our family. I would HIGHLY recommend this school to anyone needing support, or just getting their puppy started. Looking forward to the drop in classes as well definitely an amazing experience❤
